We are a cottage microbakery baking authentic Sourdough bread with organic grains, quality ingredients, naturally leavened with our Sourdough starter only and always, and long fermented for maximum health benefits.

Friday is Bread Pick-up day or Bread Day as we like to call it! 

After placing your order by Tuesday evening from our virtual storefront at hotplate.com/mannaonmain or by calling or texting us at (832)422-6017, you can pick up your bread order between 2-9pm on Fridays from 4 locations in Tomball, Old Town Spring and Magnolia (and The Woodlands once a month). 

We usually plan to make extras available for purchase first come first serve style with pick up from our bread stand off Main Boulevard in Tomball and announce those from our baking page on Facebook on Fridays.

Our weekly baking menu includes these following bread items: Plain Sourdough, Roasted Garlic Rosemary Sourdough, a Sourdough Sandwich Bread and Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Sourdough Toast Bread. 

In addition to that, we rotate a loaf "flavor of the week" as well as a seasonal flavor and a mini-loaf flavor. Pizza crusts are also on the menu every week for a quick, convenient wholesome homemade dinner. 

Finally we have several options for sweet treats. Cinnamon Rolls and 3 flavors of scone are almost always available but we rotate muffins and sweet breads (think banana bread or coffee cake) selections.
